Unfortunately the Roma inclusion to the Greek education is still in its first stages. There's no essential contribution or change since 1996, when the burdensome programes concerning the Roma education had been launched. This is a fact confirmed not only by the external evaluators only, but also by the Greek Μinistry of Education. The figures also confirm the inadequacy of the Greek state, as the percentage of the Roma children that don't enroll to school reaches the 77%. Τhe conviction og Greece given by the European court is pending and it's only up to the Greek state to act immediately and not be proclaimed as "European champion" in the school exclusion of Roma children.
